Booking information:

Please use the link below to book a parents' evening consultation with the teacher.  Due to Covid guidance, this will again be taking place virtually on Zoom.  We will be sending out the link via email and text at the beginning of week beginning 17th May.

When you log in, the teacher will be able to see your name in the 'waiting room'.  If possible, it would really help if you could make sure your Zoom name is changed to the child's name so that the teacher knows who it is who is waiting.

Appointments are at 6-minute intervals and we must stick to the timetable so that people are not waiting.  If you need a longer appointment or have a specific concern about your child, please see the class teacher to arrange a separate meeting.

Please only make one appointment per child.  This link has also been sent out by email to all parents.

Happy New Year!  We are so sorry to not be welcoming you all back to class today for another busy half term.  We will be setting work for you all daily through Google Classroom (if you have lost you login please get in touch with school asap).  There will be clear sections for each day in the classwork area, please complete and submit as much as you can each day so that we can see how your're getting on, give feedback and set you challenges!

Don't forget to make use of the links that are already on this page, especially TT Rockstars and Reading Plus.

Keep smiling Year 4 hopefully we can all be back together soon!

Welcome to Year 4

We are a busy class of 29 amazing boys and girls who love to learn! Our Teachers this year are Mrs Size, Mrs Singhania and we also have Miss Goffey and Miss Georgia here to help us.

PE - For this half term our PE lessons will take place on Friday so please make sure PE kits are in.

Homework - Will be sent home every Friday, this needs to be returned to school no later than Wednesday each week please.

Water bottles - Children will need to bring in their own water bottles each day and take them home each night to be cleaned.

Reading - At the moment reading books are not being sent home but there are lots of useful resources available online to support reading.  Please check out the links below!

Spelling - It is so important that we become accurate and confident writers.  Good spelling is one of the building blocks to this.  Please access Spelling Frame from home regularly to help with this.

Maths - Multiplication tables are really important in Year 4.  To prepare for our times table check at the end of the year we recommend regular use of TT rockstars.  Please find the link below:
