Year 1 Parents' Evening - Wednesday 19th May 2:30 - 6:00pm
Zoom details for parents evening:
Miss McCallion is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
Topic: Rebecca McCallion's Zoom Meeting
Time: May 19, 2021 02:30 PM onwards (times booked individually)
Join Zoom Meeting
Meeting ID: 985 7757 0278
Please use the link below to book a parents' evening consultation with the teacher. Due to Covid guidance, this will again be taking place virtually on Zoom. We will be sending out the link via email and text at the beginning of week beginning 17th May.
When you log in, the teacher will be able to see your name in the 'waiting room'. If possible, it would really help if you could make sure your Zoom name is changed to the child's name so that the teacher knows who it is who is waiting.
Appointments are at 6-minute intervals and we must stick to the timetable so that people are not waiting. If you need a longer appointment or have a specific concern about your child, please see the class teacher to arrange a separate meeting.
Please only make one appointment per child. This link has also been sent out by email to all parents.
Hello Year 1! I am so sorry that I have not been able to welcome you all back into our classroom today to start the Spring term together.
As most of us move to online learning, I will be setting work each day on Google Classroom to be completed and submitted - if you do not have your child's login, please get in contact with the school or send an email to myself.
We had lots of fantastic work take place on Google Classroom during our isolation before Christmas and I know that the work over the next few weeks will be just as amazing As before, you will be able to submit the work for each day so that your teachers can see it and give feedback.
I will also post links to stories, games, phonics videos and other resources that will support online learning at home.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
Stay safe everyone, keep smiling and we will all get through this together
Please use this form below to send a message to Miss McCallion should you have any questions or queries during the school closure.
The Dinosaur that Pooped Christmas!
This is our last story of the Google Meets while we are isolating! I've put a video of me reading the story and a PowerPoint of all the pages in the book below for anyone who couldn't make the Google Meet and for anyone who just wants to hear the story again!
I hope you enjoy it Year 1 and I cannot wait to see you all on Monday morning
The Jolly Christmas Postman
As promised, here is a video of The Jolly Christmas Postman story to help you with your work on Google Classroom this week!
I can't wait until we are back in school so that you can see all of the lovely letters, cards, games etc. that are included with the book
