Extra-curricular Activities (overview)

We are proud to offer a range of clubs for children to enjoy and benefit from.  Taking part in a club, before, during or after school helps children to learn new skills, develop friendships and have fun.  We believe this is key to leading a healthy, positive lifestyle. In addition, research shows that on average, children who regularly participate in extra-curricular activities perform better academically.

Our range of activities has been complimented by Ofsted and Liverpool Local Authority, and all our clubs help children to gain credits towards the nationally recognised 'Children's University' graduation at the end of the year (see details below).

Children's University

To give the children incentive to participate in clubs and reward them for their commitment to extra-curricular activities, we are proud to be part of Children's University.  Each time a child attends a club they earn a credit.  During the year, these credits add up and children who manage to gain 30 credits or more can look forward to graduation at the end of the year.  Last year, over 50 children achieved this accolade, enjoying a fabulous graduation ceremony, attended virtually by parents and families.
