Year 1
Welcome to the Year 1 Class Page!
Your class teacher this year is Miss Hoyle, and Miss Helen is our Teaching Assistant who will be supporting the children in class.
P.E. will take place on Mondays and Fridays. Children should come to school dressed in their P.E. kits on these days.
Read, Write, Inc. Phonics books will be sent home daily and must be brought back into school every day. Children are expected to read at least three times per week, and this will be monitored regularly. When you listen to your child read, please log this in the reading record.
Homework will be given out on Fridays and should be returned to school by the following Thursday at the latest.
