Complaints Procedure

At Norman Pannell, we do our best to ensure that the school experience is positive and successful firstly for pupils, but also for parents, carers, staff and other members of the school community.

 

If anybody feels that there is a serious issue, they have every right to make a complaint.  We take complaints seriously and will deal with them by applying the following policy and procedure, based on the Department for Education's model procedure:
